Docket #398 Joinder of Second Lien Group

The Second Lien Group opposes the appointment of an official committee of equity security holders for the reasons set forth in the Response and believes there has been no demonstration of any likelihood of a recovery for equity security holders. Therefore, the Second Lien Group respectfully submits that the Court should deny any request for appointment of such committee.
