I was buying stocks Frost invested in in 2013, including SafeStitch medics which was a shell on the OTC. after I bought some shares, they announced reverse merger with Trxc and fundraising by Phil frost and Jane Hsiao. Studied up on Trxc technology and was impressed, so began building a position.

Ted Pappas is a highly respected surgeon who will be accompanying Trxc to their meetings with FDA and interacting with FDA to help get alf-x and surgibot through FDA approval process.

I doubt jnj would buy them because their ethicon division is already working on a surgical robotic platform with Google, Verb surgical. The only connection between jnj and Trxc that makes sense for buyout is that Todd pope slowly worked up the ranks at J&J and eventually became a jnj executive and then eventually became President of struggling Cordis. So he has strong connections with top management at jnj.

Maybe if ISRG is feeling threatened by future competition from Medtronic, verb surgical, they may buyout Trxc for their technology. That's what they did with computer motion. But also slim chance in my mind.

Trxc is a buyout candidate after they get alf approved in us and surgibot approved in us and Europe, and then a few sales under their belt. Could be big.
