I suspect it is just market maker who is handling CIRTRAN trades is keeping trades alive unless fat fingers screwed up decimal point. Who knows but the last two weeks of activity have been strange suggesting something is in the wind. I will try to buy a 100 million shares at that price and see what happens next week.
