If memory serves me, it has been only a little over a year (July 24, 2015) since the oral argument from the defendants for motion of dismissal was presented to the courts, not over 2 yrs. Based on what the judge had to say regarding the amount of damaging evidence presented combined with the Sept 30th deadline for Wagner's attorney to file their answer to the surviving claims, this should proceed quite rapidly with most likely an out of court settlement being offered. Knowing Glenn though and the level of animosity he holds towards those involved, he'll most likely want to see this go to trial unless they are willing to settle for $20 mil. Of course this is just my opinion.
