Does this mean they have to pay a .033 royalty or .01 on every renewable forever or is their a time limit or just till the $50,000 is paid back. And what about this: "If payment is not made by October 2, 2016 the royalty rate per Disposable Sale shall permanently increase to $0.20". WHAT?? How bad did they need $50,000?
