My dear friend this may be a scam to the untrained eye in these matters but one who falls for assets that exceed debt be it equity debt in or bank debt must assume it to be treasury debt and if not that goodwill to loan one the assets as collateral to sell the banks debt rolling that debt into equity debt.

May this be a lesson to you that you may spot such a scam in the future. The proceeds obviously went to wages that hopefully will be recouped in future sales of product and services from a piggybacked company or the selling of over priced shares you could of purchased in to a selling of others purchased equity.

I feel the tide coming in.
