Instead of paying these crazy high "consulting fees" they should start buying back shares, get the price up, and get us back on a better exchange.
They hold so many shares, the higher they get the price the better off we will all be.

Just buying a little each day would make this move. People want to buy shares of a stock that moves, not one that sits at the same price, with very few trades, for months and months on end.
