I save the best garlic bulbs and divide them into cloves for replanting in mid November. I will have four beds this year and these beds will be filled with the best compost.

I have distributed about half of the harvested garlic to family, close friends, and neighbors, and two restaurant owners.

From my encouragement, a number of people have started growing their own with my bulbs, which are broken down to cloves. I'm there for the planting.
