Dear Shareholder,

As I mentioned before REG FD really handcuffs me on what I can say or not say. As I have said before the convertible notes that defaulted last November when a financial group reneged on a refinance that they promised has caused a lot of difficulties/headaches. That being said, we are actively working through several options to monetize our technology and other options. It has been frustrating and progressed slower than I would like, but we are progressing. I know everyone is hungry for official news, and hopefully we will be releasing some shortly.
