thanks...I saw the "zero reserve" condition and thought (incorrectly) the settlement fees were the atty costs rolled up, not the delta calculation stated in the cause...

so, the insurance carrier wouldn't be paying out (what peril would TB claim needed covering)...
there's no reserve for loss established...at June 30
is this why HyperSound is on the block?...it's the asset with enough value to be realized to handle/cover a finding against TB as a result of the good doctor's cause?

understand all of this is just "arm-chair" quarterbacking...but i'm trying to figure out why my investment has turned into a penny stock
