LBRG Chinese merger deal coming up. Company put out over 20 filings last month to go from 2001 to Sept of last year. Only a few more filings to get current and they will be announcing a merger deal. They added two Chinese guys to their board of directors earlier this year. Looking for the filings to come out any day now. CEO told me last week we should start seeing stuff here pretty quick. Float is only 23.4 mil shares.
