SIPC~”Major Hemp is in the final discussions with a large retail supplier of raw bulk ingredients found at companies such as Kroger and Wholefoods. This established company is seeking to add hulled hemp seeds to their offering and has turned to Major Hemp for bulk supply and co-packing needs. The Company has agreed to pricing terms and is currently conducting new vendor set-up steps and final arrangements. The Company will update shareholders with more details once the deal is finalized.”
