Pagnano was allowed to fraud the investors with the ability to publish phony press releases which influenced us into investing more while he was dumping his stocks through the New Jersey broker who have rules and procedures to stop that( Someone was payed off).

I could except my stock to fall in price from poor management and sales performance but not from a smoke show.

Pagnano must have his hands and money invested in other companies and we need to find out. I would like a refund for the processing fees in purchasing this crap stock from the broker.

It seems the American Stock Market can not be trusted and maybe lowering a trust rating will stop this crap from happening. Any suggestions for any type of action us investors can do?
