No, AEGY is worthless and has ceased all operations. The SEC investigation continues.
Buying AEGY at any price is simply bailing another investor out and allowing them to dump shares that they can't sell for any price right now.

Pharmajanes has never operated as a real company, and was part of the scam.

AEGY has never done any business at all, since the shell was started.
