None of that matters for the common shareholders.

There is NO CHOICE but to wipe the shareholders out via Reverse Split before they could raise money and finance anything. Mining is VERY expensive

... and it would be in the insiders best interest to do so, so you know they would.

The best case scenario is for BRVO to get rid of SFMI entirely and tries to do a deal with another company... In fact, why hasn't BRVO ditched SFMI and the Quilliams yet? Haven't they broke all of their contract obligations?!
