Pending Rules Regulations & Time It Takes To Get A R.O.I

U.S. merchants are adjusting to chip embedded smart cards that the EU has been using for years. New smart card chip & (((NFC))) signal readers must be deployed, before OTIV gets attention from more investors & speculators.

Opportunity abounds, BUT OTIV investment money won't come off the sidelines, until banks and other investors, can gauge how long it'll take to get a R.O.I (return-on-investment.)

Its no longer a question of [If], only when (((NFC))) Pay-Pass enabled turnstiles, smart cards and phones become commonplace.

OTIV's eID solutions had my attention, but I understand the company sold part or all. OTIV potential and opportunity, as well as the number of patents the company holds, is worth taking a calculated risk a.k.a stock gamble on.

OTIV teamed with Japan's Billing System. Japan is ahead of the U.S., when it comes to EBPP&H "recurring" NFC transactions and click-fees generated.

OTIV must team with other billing systems in other countries. Until this happens, OTIV Bill & Pay revenue is stymied.

RFID a.k.a. (((NFC))) data, moving Server2Server, helps eliminate paper and cash transactions. OTIV endeavors may be "too" far ahead of what individual retail investors can grasp?

Rate-of-return on an OTIV investment is the BIG stumbling-block. It stymies OTIV's recognition, understanding & stock appreciation.

Caveat emptor!
