why would they dump after the bottom done fell out of it? If anything; I see a pump, but the stock hasn't flat lined at a low long enough for a pump and dumper to slowly buy up the free float without drawing attention to himself. The 1 year chart looks too erratic for this. These things generally take months of preparation under the right conditions.
