Holy crapola, $STLT just filed the late 10-K hours ago!!!! I am shocked. Was expecting it take months to complete. No wonder there is a buying frenzy, prior investors that sold on the late 10-K news and claimed Possible issues with the 2014 10-K by the prior accounting firm, that turned out to be BS as of yesterday(1), are buying back in while it is still cheap. This sell off earlier this year, and now the rally back up is not about the Zika virus, it is about the 5-6 month late 10-K for 2015 that was just filed hours ago with the SEC.

(1) Yesterday STLT filed the 8-K with details about an independent firm's audit about the value of the Celtic biotech purchase showing the 2014 10-K undervalued the asset, and did not overvalued it.
