HDG/JL and others, It is clear these note holders were shorting the shares big time not all by the retail Pyrrs. Can any of you please give us an idea of how these 19M shorted shares will be covered, when? I don't understand the concept of some of the converted shares to be collapsed in lieu of covering the shorted shares. Doesn't make sense, imo. Can that be legally possible? The converted shares are available only on Sep 12. If doable, they can only collapse on Sep 12. How are the notesholders going to cover the shorted shares in between. Do they just take a chance or do they continue to short more in between to hold the price? if not collapsable, then they have to cover after Sep 12 selling some of their converted shares or so. Looks like anything is possible. What if more positive news come thru in between? Please enlighten if possible as it is a completely new phenomena for me. Thanks in advance.
