Zac's Resume

This is actually a great on-line Resume Zac made:

I found it looking at his close ties with Scott Ogur:

The capital structure here is very important. Penny stocks are the world of fleecing investors, which I'm not naïve about. This one continues to intrigue me as perhaps THE exception to the rule, not an exception. I really want to send this to a forensic specialist for an official lab result.

Spruce Investments just seems like solid integrity. I keep looking for dirt because that's how science works. Above all else, science is about falsifiability. So I am always trying to falsify anything I believe, theorize, or any company statement, etc.

Terra Tech Corp in this cannabis industry is a perfect example of a capital structure that is about fleecing investors. They just announced a reverse split proposal that would exclude Series B investors, which conveniently includes insiders. And it was obviously a scam from its start to me. There are things I absolutely know when I see, even if I'm not the forensic specialist. But I will never claim to know anything with 100%, so I want an analyst. I actually love analysts. I used have a money manager friend who managed my assets, and we would always give me a report on things I asked him about. Very detailed. Never anything I wanted to hear, so he was more like a devil's advocate. Unfortunately, my wife made him so mad last year that I'm afraid to approach him right now. I need to make things right with him first.

On thing is certain. I can't falsify Zac. That's a good thing. But it still means I keep pulling out green balls from a jar theorized to have nothing but green balls in it. That's all it tells me.

I want to go back and look at this resume further and in more detail, listed here at my finger tips. All data here is easily assessable to my fingers -- my desk space and journal, and a reference for my future interview with Oprah if I hit a 100-bagger and make history with the only company ever in the history of the world to start from a reverse merger and make it to the Nasdaq listing. Hey, it can happen. It may be the criminal underworld, but don't rule it out. Anything is possible.

The cannabis industry is good. What's horrible is the Cannabis stocks. The stocks, I theorize with great confidence, are about penny stocks and not the industry. They are capitalized to fleece. This one, I believe, is different.
