As noted in previous post, believe they are currently diluting. Whether they or an insider is executing, either way, someone is attempting to dump shares onto retail. MMs are attempting to keep the price up a bit, but will ultimately fail and take lower in order to potentially generate some volume and unload shares. All part of the game to place the debt onto retail.
