WRONG you claim they are a subsidiary and that is false information, period.. Send VDI a email to Doug Smith "there is no further relationship between the two companies." Yes they hold a equity position in VDI, but it is just a shareholders position only. If VDI files BK they will be screwed just like all the shareholders in Hero was on the first BK. VDI will file a 2nd BK the market sucks and no drill ships are receiving new contracts. In early 2017 BK coming... Can not keep losing money...
