Turino had no reason to mention slurpy and Houser together. He has already admitted guilt and the BMCS portion for Turino is the least important of all his scams.
In other words, there was no reason for him to lie.

So, Houser has never mentioned on the board he was acquainted with slurpit or advised by him. As far as flip flopping on Turino, Treffry was far more guilty of that than slurpit was.

Just my opinion, of course.
