Thanks for the post Ben. The clarification is reasonable and makes sense. Why something with this amount of detail wasn't published initially is just another example of the ongoing amateurish, incompetence at Medizone. Then there are the big "howevers".

Why make the initial disclosure privately to a select shareholder who is part of a large voting block of shares?

Only after being called out for possible insider trading violations did they post a half assed message on Twitter.

Again, you indicate you got your information from another shareholder who is well informed about what is going on. Where is he getting his insider information?

Even when something good happens with this company, they find a way to screw it up.
