Actually, when a plaintiff has not established personal jurisdiction in Federal Court it is best to ignore it and let it go to default.. Much cheaper.

Especially since the Wallace family has been shown to be involved in multiple fraudulent actions against the company. Not ready to write a book tonight - but the facts are on the GOSY board.
