UNIVERSITY OF FLORIDA PATENT LICENCE AGREEMENT COMPLETED w/BLO/ZF
On July 25, 2016 completed a definitive license and equity agreement with the University of Florida Research Foundation (UFRF) for US Patent 8,237,118, entitled “Partial Ovoidal FAIMS Electrode”, Patent filed on August 21, 2008, invented by Richard A. Yost, Todd A. Prox, Marilyn Prieto and Jennifer G. Bryant, in the area of breath analysis of controlled substances. The agreement provides Cannabix exclusive worldwide rights in the area of breath analysis of controlled substances.

(d) July 25, 2016, the Company entered into an exclusive worldwide license agreement for intellectual property relating to breath diagnostic applications of controlled substances with the University of Florida Research Foundation, Incorporated ("UFRF"). As consideration, the Company issued 603,870 common shares to UFRF on August 8, 2016.INC.
