The only thing that's strange is how long the auction is taking with no news. It raises the risk that no one has stepped forward at least at a price acceptable to Red Oak. Red Oak is in at such a low price they could even accept a low ball offer and get a triple, so I don't understand the delay. I don't think they have a binding agreement with anybody yet or they would have to file. It's strange since we know ccel was an interested buyer.
