Is there still a Treaty BOD ??? Could be they resigned and Treaty never told anybody. Paul Fourt's resignation letter was 8-K'd the same day as Bruce Gwyn's but was dated February 18th just a few days after he gave investigative testimony to the SEC on February 14th and was much different in tone.

Please accept this letter as my resignation from board of Treaty Energy. I can no longer serve on this board. This resignation is effective immediately. Please forward this resignation to the proper Officer or Member to assure that it is properly recorded in the corporate log and/or minutes. Thank you.
I'm sure Fourt was only included in the 8-K because he had been demanding it be made public after seeing Treaty was not reporting it on EDGAR. There are still MANY missing 8-Ks where Treaty has refused to report material events.
Investigative Testimony Dates... Again it was around late November early December 2013 when the gang of cons realized for sure that the SEC was in fact investigating them for securities fraud and that is when Blackburn put the kibosh and any financials being reported.
