3 steps to 50 cents SP

1). Retire convertibles. DONE

2). Reduce OS. Need to push MB to buyback 50-100M shares while SP is historical low. There's nothing wrong with spending some of his money on that. Consider it an investment in own company.

3). Generate Revs. EOY?
