This is hard to believe. He figuratively and literally made out like a bandit with the Pleasant Kids scam. I assume that he enriched himself grandly with SGA expenses as well as paying himself a lavish salary.
Then following a 1:500 RS and a RM with NextScam, he and Luis Alvarez, aka Calvin Lewis, got "bought out" for $150K
His preferreds converted to 4000000 NXGH, which was worth >$1M if sold as the worthless common was run up to .40 last year!!!
