If Dr. Jabbour's data on Iclusig is of any importance, it will redefine the value of Iclusig not only in CML but in all of Iclusig indications. Ariad's compounds are duly noted for BBB, toxic eh? As I've said before, if that protocol (45/30/15 mg) becomes the accepted safer dosage, there will be a chain reaction amongst these Iclusig indications as soon as we find the resources to put them in clinical trials...jmo.
