I would concur with others views here in response to your post.

Please explain what you mean by

scam

Are you suggesting a company with patents which are constitutionally protected is a scam?

Also who is "highly touting" this, most here understand it's a gamble and are willing to take it based on their view of the IP, law and relative legal arguments

I truly find comments such as yours interesting - and see such things constantly online. A baseless opinion, no facts just some odd inexplicable comment.

If you are unable to provide such insight due to a lack of knowledge of this company well I guess those on this board will have a better view of the legitimacy of your opinion!

Look forward to seeing some actual rationale about this company in relation to your views. Most longs here seem to provide plenty of rationale for their opinions.

If you have shorted this stock (and nothing wrong with that, it's what makes a market) which given your comments here and other stocks appears to be your trading strategy, happy to hear a convincing argument as to why I should dump my shares to assist you. Convince me I'm wrong.

Sadly however, I don't trade on anonymous message board posts that say this is crap or garbage without any valid rationale, or buy for that matter of someone says this is a great stock without the same. I would venture to guess most relatively intelligent people act in the same manner for obvious reasons!
