I think the total outstanding shares is 35 million and 2 1/2 of

that would be 87 1/2 million. This would allow IDCC to meet any obligations

they have. If by chance they needed to increase number of shares issued

it would be because the stock price is worth almost 35% of todays

price and I am sure most would have no problem authorizing a few million

shares.
