I can't find any verification where Hayward is exercising options or selling any stock. I can verify when he picked us up at retail PPS after the shitty reverse split.

Got some options awarded and option period extended.

I just ain't buying into Hayward pocketing profits. We have US DLA/DoD and NY State Economic Incubator (WTF, it's real) oversight on this, SEC too. Nobody is printing shares.

Options aren't being exercised. A double ass butt load awarded.
