Here's the case for CCLX, as I see it:

1. Large, and future market for streaming delivery. Cable cord-cutting is growing.

2. This is the next killer app, according to Founder Mark Bayliss, who is a Technological Advisory Council Member to the FCC (see him here with folks from the likes of Amazon, Apple, ATT, Microsoft, etc.) :

<<Five years ago, some of the most innovative minds conceived of the next killer app that would deliver live television, premium channels, and a vast library of video-on-demand content directly to a viewer on any device of their choosing. That time has arrived, and the VPCN™ is the vehicle that will deliver this service.>>

3. The product is not theoretical. It is already being built out - announced July 28, 2016 here:

“We have enjoyed making our vision of live television streaming over our Virtual Private Cable Network™, or VPCN™ a reality”, says Mark Bayliss, CTO and founder of CableClix. Mark added, “Anyone can come up with a great way to do video on demand and be successful. To develop a way to provide live streaming television in a lightweight package in a manner that complies with FCC regulations is the new holy grail of television broadcasting".

4. Low market cap between $2-3m currently.

5. Extremely low 'float' of 7.82m as of Aug 10, 2016, and therefore an extremely low 'float cap' of between $250,000 - $300,000.

6. The latest financing ($500,000 for the buildout) was for fixed-price conversions at .15

7. THe CEO and CTO both have extensive experience in the field, and appear to be highly respected. See their linked in profile links in the IBOX.

In full disclosure I do have 2 concerns that I'm looking into - small convertible amounts that appear to convert at low prices, and the existence of a promo today, as seen on theotc.today.
