Did Peter the CEO lie about this, too?

Bill has nothing to do with the day-day operations anymore, but is a board member. He definitely would not meet with Pete without a confidentiality agreement. Now Pete is actually doing stock promotion to a HPNN shareholder, disclosing material non-public info like this? Investors should beware of trading based on insider info or passing on insider info like this to others.

Thought it important to pass that message along, to help regulators look into potential insider info, especially if the CEO is really sending out promotion texts to select shareholders.... to try to get them to buy the almost-worthless shares so Hop-On can pay their lawyers and the court judgment?
