so it is not clear if jerry is out completely or this is another one of his scams. This Minaxx Marxx group seems to have a nice web site, but it doesnt say much and there is very little about them. Hard to believe Jerry only got a buck and creditors got 800 or 800,000, not very clear in the 8-k, plus it doesnt really say how much cash they gave Jerry to pay off his debts that he was shelling out in stock for services. Jerry never does anything that costs him money.
