With the next required filing not due until the end of December, does anyone think we will get any news before then? My feeling is no. Much like in the JDZ, CEPSA has no reason to announce they are pulling out and neither does Kenya. And we know ERHC probably will delay as long as possible.

My question still is does ERHC lose the block if CEPSA leaves? This isn't the JDZ where the blocks were awarded by the courts.
