Nope. You have to have actual assays showing that you've found exploitable quantities of gold or silver.

Fred has made many, many, many claims of assays, but he has never shown a single of those assays, nor revealed which firm he uses.

If Fred is just lying about the assays, and he has been lying for quite a while, then of course the shares are worthless.

So worthless that Fred has issued 100,000,000 shares in 6 months. And he's not done.
