Management should always be transparent not only in good times but, more importantly, in bad times.

Since most investors never read annual reports, I would expect only a small number know how to find information on EDGAR. PRs are a must.

There is a downside. If everything was widely-known, we would lose out on generating alpha. Think of my mistake of sharing information on MMPIQ before taking action for my own account. ;o)
