Yes, I have mentioned this before ...

AmeriResource is "authorized" NOT ordered to extinguish all shares. IF it accepts that right to cancel all shares, then it would be legal. But there is a golden parachute where they also have the right NOT to "authorize" cancellation of shares. What its reason or motive behind that is unknown. But AmeriResource may decide NOT to "authorize" the cancellation of shares. And of course, that would be a great benefit to us.
