think you may wanna pull up a chart that goes back to 2009 to see just what this company/insiders have and have not done and then cross compare all the spikes in chart with the PR's and P&D promotions and keep in mind there was MUCH less dilution way back then too and company was also pulling in more $$ too and PPS was also around .50 which it has not seen since these insiders brought it down to .01-.02 before r/s with even more dilution etc, etc...
