It doesn't matter how much is on the ask. The currently issued toxic death spiral convertibles convert into over 90 BILLION new shares at a 50% discount to the lowest price in the last 30 days. They could put all 90+ billion shares on the ask at once, but that would be stupid. So the MM's just put enough there to ensure they can sell into any buying pressure, but once those are gone, they just add more. And more. And more.

Unless you can buy up all 90+ billion new common shares, the size on the ask is 100% meaningless.
