I would think so but these are the 1st shares ever converted since Sileas was formed - Sileas owes $18M to Longview after aquiring for $15M but was backed by the Prefferred A's that Sileas was given for the deal, all Pledged and couldn't sell - Sileas converted roughly 1M shares for the 1st time of the A's but can't hold that much per the Company's By-Laws or the deal with Longview - Has to sell and probably did below the conversion of $2.50 or not much above - You can bet Hirsherman help get the SP down and now the Conversion with the Ratchet clause - Cut less than half the old conversion on Shareholders holding shares
