never dealt with a RS. This one is able to be executed anytime if the company feels until the end of the year I thought, But that doesn't mean that they will definitely go through with it??? correct?. I know it may be the best play for them because of the position they are in. I am also waiting to see what the numbers say! You would think that if they were doing any kind of positive business out of these location you would be able to find something out there about it, I mean who do they advertise to or offer their product to and through what form of information.
