I recall Jim mentioning Sonnen, along with Tesla, several times during the most recent conference call.

In scanning the 2016 Q2 CC transcript - each of the references to Sonnen reflects "indiscernible" - where the person transcribing the notes apparently didn't comprehend what Jim said . . .

Assuming that Jim was in fact talking about Sonnen - here is one quote which implies that they still may be looking for training:

We think we’re in the process of being trained by - well we’re already in partnership with Tesla, we’re looking to be trained by both [indiscernible] and so we’re obviously focusing and emphasizing more on the storage side and looking for opportunities and we think in the long run that's going to trend up. We want to be - as we are a solar we want to be technology agnostic but be experts in storage solutions.

Thus, if they haven't installed Sonnen yet they certainly appear to be interested in doing so in the near future.
