IX. RESTITUTION
In exchange for benefits received under this Plea Agreement, the defendant agrees to make full restitution in the amount of $35,000,000.00
in US. Currency to the victims of the crimes. The defendant cannot discharge his restitution obligation through bankruptcy proceedings.
