My problem with that Awesome is everyone already know who has Pot on the ballot. Them legalizing is already figured in the price in my opinion. There cant be a positive surprise. Only negative. Only thing that can happen is one of those on the ballot vote it down and then its just shit news from there. Unless Obama takes things into his own hands I cant see a big impetus. Thanks
