Lol just like I said YOU may try and spin it like you want bit the bottom line is he sold shares to the lender's and now the lender's are dumping them on the stockholders. The way I see it he still got the cash for the shares he gave to the loan shark's. Witch by the way is a distance relation of his or a shady friend. So tell me again where did the money go,???
And we all know who is paying back the loan shark's. I mean lenders. THE SHAREHOLDERS.
