Figure by Thursday the reality of the 10Q will hit

The sojourn lower continues, Bruce parties and Dave hasn't a clue what to do next.

The Temafa Decorticator won't run. DILO won't come back. Nobody has a clue where the missing parts are (lost at auction).

Kenaf is BULGING out of the barn, and yet another crop of that worthless weed is coming to harvest.

Stock is flying out the window at record rates, there is no money to run the company, no Income of any significance.

The "We hope, we wish, make it happen" announcement of Reclassifying hemp and cannabis came and went with no change.
Which to BRUCE meant no bump in the stock price to sell into.

The company doesn't qualify to get a hemp license from NC. Not that it matters, its a worthless crop that can't be processed in Spring Hope because NOTHING works.

Dave has un-bagged, weighted, sifted and re-bagged the 2 year old + kenaf for a SECOND time. The $1,250,000 sale of KENAF turned out to be about $7,000--and I believe it was sold to another Perlowin Business Project.

Write downs on Stock taken for payment from (NOW) Failing consulting clients continues to haunt the company.

The SEC aren't going away--as a matter of fact they are now digging deeper and expanding the scope of the investigation.

Bruce is dancing in Miami, Robin Lane is drunk somewhere--lost her shop in Manchester VT., and has no money and NO business to fulfill her 5 YEAR CONTRACT with HEMP inc--which like EVERYTHING else to do with this worthless company was ANNOUNCED and promptly FAILED.

Other then that, things are just wonderful.
